The Interview

Once you’ve made contact with Lorraine, your next step is to have a face to face interview.

Allow around one hour for the interview so that we can all discuss the things that you want in your wedding celebration.

This is your chance to lay out all your expectations, hopes and dreams for your special day, so that we discuss them in detail to make sure that everything is covered to your satisfaction.

The interview helps to plan the practical process of making your wedding day run smoothly as well as to form a backup strategy in the event that things may turn sour (for reasons like poor weather, missing wedding rings, or if the groom is unable to recover after a heavy night out at the bucks party …)

At the interview you will need to be prepared to answer the following questions:

  • Wedding date
  • Location of wedding ceremony
  • Approximate number of guests
  • Indoors or outdoors
  • Is there a special theme ?
  • Who will partake in the ceremony ?
  • How long do you expect it to take ?
  • Do you need resources for speeches, etc ?
  • Contingency planning
  • etc

Don’t worry if you’re unable to answer all these at the time, as we’ll be working with you in order to fill in the gaps so that nothing is missed or left out.

Contingency Planning

If the weather turns unexpectedly sour, our contingency planning allows us to identify a covered location prior to the day so that guests are informed via their invitations so that there is no last minute surprises to catch us out.

Once your needs have been determined, Lorraine will provide you a written quote.
